Product Authenticity, Certification and Traceability
Are all of the bearings you supply 100% genuine branded products?
Yes, and the way we prove it is different from a brand distributor. We are an independent manufacturer and exporter of compatible replacement bearings for SKF-series interchange applications, not an authorized distributor of the brand, and we say so up front. Every lot we ship is produced in ISO 9001 certified plants under our own quality system, with its own batch identity, so verification runs through our plant records and third-party inspection rather than through a brand portal.
Each shipment carries a certificate of origin, a batch traceability record linking the parts to a specific production run, and a pre-shipment inspection report, which together let you confirm what is inside the carton before it reaches a machine.
Which certification documents ship with each order?
The documentation package that goes out with every order contains:
- Certificate of origin -- naming the producing plant and the export batch
- Batch traceability record -- heat number of the steel and the production run it belongs to
- Pre-shipment inspection report -- dimensional and visual QC results for the lot
- ISO 9001 compliance documentation -- mapped to the quality management system that governs the plant
Material certificates to EN 10204 3.1, hardness and metallurgical reports, noise and vibration test data, and third-party inspection by SGS or Bureau Veritas can all be arranged when an industry or an auditor asks for them.
How can I verify the authenticity of the bearings I receive?
Our bearings carry laser-etched batch markings on the ring and matching codes on the packaging, so authenticity can be checked in three ways:
- Reading the laser code against the batch record issued with the shipment
- Cross-checking the heat number on the material certificate against the parts themselves
- Asking our engineers to verify any order, at any time, before it is installed
Does your catalog cover the complete product range?
Yes. Our catalog covers the same designations buyers search for when they work from a brand part number, including:
Bearings
Spherical roller, tapered roller, deep groove, cylindrical roller, angular contact, needle, and thrust designs, with matching clearance and precision classes
Seals and Lubrication
Industrial sealing systems, automatic lubrication units, and the greases and oils that go with them
Maintenance Tools
Mounting and dismounting tools, shaft alignment equipment, and condition monitoring instruments
Special Series
Variants built for high heat, for corrosion, for food-grade service, or drawn to your own specification

Centralized Supply and Inventory
What is your stock capacity, and how many SKUs do you carry?
Our central warehouse in Shanghai covers 15,000 m² and holds more than 10,000 SKUs at any time, spanning fast-moving standard sizes, specialty series, and critical MRO items.
Where an item is not on the shelf, our production planning and partner plants can be scheduled to cover it inside an agreed lead time. Send the part numbers and we will come back with real availability rather than an estimate.

Can you manage high-volume and bulk purchase orders?
Yes, and volume is where the centralized model earns its keep. Holding stock in one place is what makes uninterrupted supply possible for OEM lines, EPC procurement, and MRO programs that cannot absorb a stockout.
Large-volume accounts can reserve inventory outright: we pre-allocate stock under your account so availability is protected through market swings and your production continuity does not depend on spot availability.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
There is no strict minimum order quantity. A single critical bearing and a multi-thousand-unit release are both workable.
For a first order we encourage testing a sample and running a small trial before any long-term agreement is signed, because that is how you check both the product and the way we work.
Can you fulfill emergency or rush orders for unplanned downtime?
Yes. Emergency dispatch is a standing service rather than a favor. In-stock items can be picked, packed, and handed to the forwarder within hours of confirmation, and the technical and logistics desk runs around the clock for urgent calls.
Framework clients also get a ring-fenced buffer held for emergency drawdown, which shortens response time further and keeps a shutdown from becoming a stoppage.

Logistics and Global Delivery
Which countries and regions do you deliver to?
We ship to customers in more than 60 countries across every major industrial region. The core markets are:
If your destination is not obviously covered, ask. We can usually confirm routing and paperwork for almost any location.
Which freight options and Incoterms can you work with?
Logistics are handled in-house across sea, air, and international express. Incoterms we work with include:
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) -- door-to-door service with customs clearance included
- DAP (Delivered At Place) -- delivery to the named destination
- CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) -- sea freight with insurance arranged
- FOB / EXW -- for buyers running their own freight arrangements
How long do international orders usually take to arrive?
Transit time depends on the mode and the destination. Typical windows for stock released from Shanghai:
The exact lead time is confirmed in the quotation, priced against your destination, order volume, and chosen shipping mode.
Category 04
Technical Services and Support
Do you help with bearing selection and application engineering?
Yes. Our application engineers handle bearing selection, load and life calculations, and recommendations specific to the application, at no charge for qualified procurement inquiries.
We support engineering teams in mining, marine, power generation, food processing, heavy machinery, precision manufacturing, and the other major industrial sectors.
Can you help diagnose bearing failures and troubleshoot problems?
Yes. Failure analysis support follows a documented diagnostic method: our engineers review the symptoms, identify the likely root cause (contamination, misalignment, overloading, or the wrong lubricant), and recommend both the corrective action and the replacement specification.
Difficult cases are escalated to our metallurgical and application specialists, and where the part in question is a genuine brand item we will tell you to route the claim through the brand's own technical network.
What kind of support do you provide after delivery?
Every account gets a named manager who owns the after-sales relationship, covering:
- Order tracking and delivery status updates
- Technical consultation and mounting guidance
- Warranty claims and quality dispute resolution
- Reminders to replenish on long-term supply programs
Category 05
Framework Agreements and OEM Cooperation
What is covered by a long-term framework agreement?
A framework agreement exists to make supply predictable and pricing stable over a defined period. A typical one covers:
- Dedicated inventory reservation -- stock pre-allocated under your account
- Locked-in pricing -- protected from market movement for the agreement term
- Priority dispatch -- releases from your account move ahead of spot buying
- A named account manager -- one point of contact for every procurement matter
- Quarterly reviews -- where usage is going and how supply can be optimized
Do you run tailored procurement programs for OEM buyers?
Yes. Programs are built for OEMs, EPC contractors, and system integrators, and can include:
- Custom kitting -- kits assembled ahead of time to match your BOM
- Private labeling and custom packaging
- JIT (Just-in-Time) delivery aligned to your production schedule
- VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) for high-volume accounts
What does the process of getting started usually look like?
Onboarding is deliberately short, with as little friction as possible:
- 01 Submit your inquiry Share the part numbers, quantities, and delivery requirements by email or WhatsApp.
- 02 Receive a formal quotation We issue a written quote with the full documentation package described within 24 hours.
- 03 Trial and validation A sample or a short trial run, checked against your own acceptance standard.
- 04 Framework agreement A long-term supply agreement with reserved inventory, fixed pricing, and named account management.
